Zach was so thorough in our inspection, included lots of pictures in his report, AND took extra time to walk us through everything he found and what it would mean for us. Plus he was super nice and personable, patient with all our questions. Can't recommend him enough.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently used Zach for a home inspection on our first home purchasing, and he absolutely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, he was incredibly thorough and took the time to walk us through every detail of the house. He explained everything — pointing out potential issues, what was solid, and what to watch for in the future - without ever talking down to us. We felt so much more confident as a buyer because of his clear explanations. What really stood out was how personable and genuine he is. You can tell he's a true family man who brings that same care and integrity into his work. He treated our inspection like it was his own family's future home. We even called on a weekend to ask a question & his opinion on something that came up recently with the house. I highly recommend Central Missouri Inspections to anyone buying a house in the area. Professional, knowledgeable, and just a really good guy. Worth every penny! Thank you again!
